About Drew & McCallum
Drew & McCallum is a civil law firm that has its roots in the Houston Metro and Montgomery County areas of Texas. Our attorneys come from diverse backgrounds and bring almost 40 years of combined legal experience and expertise to serve the firm’s clients. More information about the firm’s attorneys is available on their bio pages.
When it comes to our drive for customer satisfaction, we work tirelessly to provide outstanding customer service to each of our clients. We do not run a volume business, focusing instead on providing quality service to each client.
We believe in a team approach to business and family matters. What does this mean? It means we listen very carefully to everything our clients tell us. We discuss not only the issues at hand, but the goals and desired outcomes our clients are striving for. Working to anticipate issues that may arise, we work with our clients to develop strategies and proposals to accomplish goals. Work tasks are then developed, and we prioritize the work tasks for efficient execution. We are ever-mindful of budget and financial considerations, and we pride ourselves on communication and accessibility.
What We Do Best for Businesses
What We Do Best for Families
Our attorneys bring the same business approach to the firm’s family law cases. We assist clients with contested and uncontested divorce and family law matters as a service to adults, children, and families in times of turmoil. We do this as a service to the families of our community.
We use the collaborative process and mediation to resolve contested matters. Many families simply need a helping hand and a source of guidance. For families seeking legal solutions outside of a courtroom, our attorneys are trained and experienced in uncontested divorces and collaborative law.
Our attorneys are also certified mediators, and we provide mediation services to assist businesses, families, and other attorneys and their clients to resolve disputes without trial. Mediation allows parties to custom craft solutions that are not necessarily available through the legal system. The result is that parties to a dispute, with the aid and benefit of an experienced mediator, are able to reach agreements that better fit their specific situation and needs than would be handed down by a court or jury.
Knowledge is power. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to provide the counsel you need to make decisions, resolve issues, and get you back to your business and your family.
We also assist with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, wills, durable powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, living wills, probate matters, guardianships, creation and establishment of trusts, estate planning, real estate matters and deeds, and other family matters.
