Important New Information for All Cases Filed in Montgomery
County
As of March 16, 2009, an order
entitled the Montgomery County Standing Order Regarding
Children, Pets, Property and Conduct of the Parties is
automatically effective from the initial filing in all
divorces, modification, and other family law matters filed
in Montgomery County.
Before you file for divorce or
file any suit affecting the parent-child relationship, you
should familiarize yourself thoroughly with the terms and
provisions of this Order with legal counsel of your
choosing.
